Built in the 1800s, the recently restored Uppercross House Hotel is located in bustling Rathmines, just over the canal on Dublin's south side.

Limited free private parking is available, and Uppercross House Hotel is 1.4 miles from St. Stephen's Green, 1.8 miles from Temple Bar, 2 miles from the RDS / Aviva Stadium & 3 miles from Croke Park.

Stay for concert in Aviva. Breakfast was basic but did the job.
Room ready on arrival even though we were early. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and easy access to transport. Stayed for concert in aviva about 35 minutes walk away.
Rooms a bit warm but had window in room.

Good effort made in this hotel
This hotel is better value than most places I have stayed in Dublin. There is more effort made with the breakfast and the cleanliness and comfort of the bed. It is also located on a cool street in rathmines full of places to eat. It is good value
Decor is a little tired but it doesn’t matter because it is clean

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!
Homely atmosphere. Nice selection of breakfasts. Most staff were extremely helpful. Location of hotel, and nice, surrounding area. Good access to public transport.
Access and cleanliness of toilets in reception area; it appears that the toilets are for the use of 'live - in' workers. The toilet seat was broken in one of the toilets and the other with the shower was very dirty. These must be well used toilets for staff and should not be made available to guests unless checked before hand.
